微创血肿清除术对大鼠脑出血灶周围组织IL-6、IL-1β表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察微创血肿清除术对大鼠脑出血灶周围组织IL-6、IL-1β表达的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法 90只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、手术组各30只。模型组和手术组采用自体不凝血注入大鼠尾状核制备脑出血模型,对照组同部位注射等量生理盐水50μL。分别在建模后6、12、24、48、72 h断头取尾状核平面切片,采用免疫组化染色法测定IL-6、IL-1β。结果模型组6、12、24、48、72 h IL-6、IL-1β阳性表达细胞数高于对照组及手术组(P均<0.05);手术组各时点IL-6、IL-1β阳性表达细胞数少于模型组(P均<0.05);手术组各时点IL-6、IL-1β阳性表达细胞数多于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论血肿微创清除术可以减少大鼠脑出血灶周围组织中IL-6、IL-1β的表达。
