复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆60例 被引量:14

摘要 目的比较复方苁蓉益智胶囊与多奈哌齐对血管性痴呆(VD)患者认知功能的影响与安全性。方法 VD患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。治疗组给予复方苁蓉益智胶囊,每次0.6 g,tid,餐后口服,逐渐加量至每次1.2 g,bid或tid;对照组给予多奈哌齐,每次2.5 mg,每晚1次,餐后口服,逐渐加量至每次5~10 mg,每晚1次。两组均治疗12个月。采用简易智力状态检查(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价两组患者治疗前和治疗后3,6,12个月认知功能。结果两组间治疗后不同时段认知功能比较,差异无统计学意义;两组各时点分别与本组治疗前比较,认知功能和日常生活能力评分均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苁蓉益智胶囊可改善VD患者认知功能,疗效与多奈哌齐相当,无严重不良反应。
