摘要
目的建立复方黄龙汤中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外分光光度(HPLC-UV)法,色谱柱:Wondasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(32∶68),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:203 nm。结果黄芪甲苷在0.2~6.0μg时,Y=1 182.9X-797.38,r=0.999 7(n=5),线性关系良好,平均回收率101.0%,RSD=2.21%。结论该方法快速,准确,灵敏度高,可作为复方黄龙汤的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the HPLC conditions for determination of astragaloside in compound huanglong decoction. Methods Wondasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. Astragaloside detection conditions were as follows: the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2 0 (32 : 68), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and detective wavelength was 203 nm. Results The linear range ofastragaloside was0.2-6.0 μg [Y=1 182. 9X-797. 38 ,r=0. 999 7 (n=5)]. The average recovery was 101.0% (RSD=2.21%). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive for determination of astragaloside, and can provide quality standards for the study of compound huanglong decoction.
