腰硬联合阻滞麻醉的风险探讨

The discusses of the risk of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia

目的探讨分析腰硬联合阻滞麻醉在临床应用中出现的风险。方法 2010年10月～2012年9月我院1178例应用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉进行手术的患者,观察其临床麻醉风险与并发症。结果 1178例患者在应用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉进行手术时,2例患者腰麻或硬膜外阻滞失败,217例低血压,4例腰麻后头痛,21例恶心呕吐,43例尿潴留。结论腰硬联合阻滞麻醉存在一定的风险,应当引起麻醉医生的注意。

Objective To investigate the risk of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.Methods Form October 2010 to September 2012,the data of 1178 patients were retrospectly analyed.Results 2 cases of spinal anesthesia and epidural block failure,hypotension in 217 patients,4 cases of headache after spinal anesthesia,21 cases of nausea and vomiting,43 cases of urinary retention.Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has certain risk,should cause the attention of anaesthetists.
