15例飞秒激光辅助角膜移植手术的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨飞秒激光辅助角膜移植的手术进展。方法对15例(15眼)角膜病变患者实施飞秒激光角膜移植手术,术前术后视觉质量进行分析比较。结果术后1周,角膜移植片透明者12例(80%),移植片轻度浑浊者3例(20%),视力≥0.5者11例(73.3%),0.2~0.5者4例(26.7%)。对患者术前术后视力配对比较和秩和检验,P<0.05。结论飞秒激光辅助角膜移植手术可以显著提高患者的视觉质量,具有更大的优势。
