大肠埃希菌中质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药基因qnrB的检测

摘要 目的了解本地大肠埃希菌中质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药基因qnrB的流行情况。方法对2009年8月~2010年8月临床分离的154株大肠埃希菌用Kirby-Bauer琼脂扩散法对13种抗生素做药物敏感试验,并采用PCR检测qnrB基因。结果 154株大肠埃希菌中共检出耐左氧氟沙星菌76株(49.35%),qnrB基因阳性菌10株(6.49%),qnrB基因阳性菌株均对左氧氟沙星耐药。结论自贡地区存在qnrB基因流行,且qnrB基因阳性菌株均对左氧氟沙星耐药,故应加强耐药监控。 Objective To explore the prevalence of qnrB gene responsible for plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance in escherichia coli among the first hospital of Zigong.Methods Kirby-Bauer's detection technique was used to test the resistance feature to 13 antibiotics in 154 strains of escherichia coli collected from August 2009 to August 2010,and the qnrB gene was detected by PCR.Results In 154 escherichia coli,76 strains were detected resistance to levofloxacin(49.35%),and 10 qnrB-positive strains were identified(6.49%).All of the qnrB-positive strains were resistance to levofloxacin.Conclusion In Zigong,the prevalence of qnrB had confirmed and the qnrB-positive strains were resistance to levofloxacin,so the durg resistance to quinolone repuires careful monitoring.
