扁平化管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用

Application of flat management mode in central sterile supply department

目的探讨扁平化管理模式在我院消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法根据我院消毒供应中心工作特点,建立扁平化组织结构,通过工作流程再造、绩效考核和人力资源重组等措施,实施扁平化管理。结果经过一年的时间,我院消毒供应中心实现了扁平化组织管理模式,员工积极性在能力发挥方面、工作认可、员工之间的关系及员工与护士长之间的关系、员工认为受重视程度、工作职责是否明确、时间观念方面得分均明显升高(P<0.01),确保了医疗器械使用安全,医院感染的发生率由7.55%降至3.5%。结论扁平化管理使消毒供应中心管理更加科学、高效,有利于消毒供应中心管理工作健康发展。

Objective To discuss the effect of flat management mode in central sterile supply department of our hospital.Methods We established flat management structure in our central sterile supply department according to its characteristics.Flat management were implemented through flattened organizational structure,workflow reengineering,performance appraisal and human resources restructuring measures.Results After 1 years,we achieved a flat organization management mode.The scores of emplayees in enthusiasm,the relationship between employees were significantly improved（P0.01）.The safety of medical devices were ensured,and hospital infection rate were reduced from 7.55% to 3.5%.Conclusion The application enables rational use of human resourses and improves quality of service.
