舒适护理对三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效影响的分析

The analysis of the influence of comfortable nursing on the triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的探讨舒适护理对三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效的影响,以期提高临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年8月～2012年8月我院收治的消化性溃疡患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予三联疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果①观察组患者临床症状改善率、溃疡愈合率及Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②观察组患者SDS评分、SAS评分及复发率显著下降,护理质量满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有助于提高三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效,值得应用。

Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on the triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer so as to improve the effect of clinical treatment.Methods 108 cases of peptic ulcer patients from August 2011 to August 2012 in our hospital were chosen.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given triple therapy treatment,and the observation group was taken with comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results ①The clinical symptoms period,ulcer healing rate,Hp eradicate rate in the observation group of patients were significantly higher than control group（P0.05）;②The scores of SDS and SAS score and the recurrence rate was significantly reduced,nursing quality satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can help improve the efficacy of triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer,and it is worthy of application.
