先天性心脏病患者介入封堵治疗前的心理状况研究

The study of general psycological status before transcatheter closure in patients with congenital heart diseases

目的研究先天性心脏病患者介入封堵术前的心理状况。方法采用焦虑自测量表、抑郁自测量表,由专人对96例准备行先心病介入封堵的患者进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果 96例患者焦虑水平明显高于全国常模,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);少数民族人群可能为介入术前抑郁发生的危险因素,OR值为21.313(95%CI 1.409～322.42)。结论先心病介入封堵术前的患者普遍存在不同程度的心理问题,应引起手术者的重视。

Objective To investigate the general psycological status of patients with congenital heart disease before interventional therapy.Methods In all 96 patients,we investigated their psychiatric status by SAS,SDS questionnaries before interventional therapy.Results Significant differences were noted among the sample group and Chinese norm of SAS（P0.001）.Meanwhile,minority populationmay be a risk factor of depression,OR 21.313（95%CI 1.409～322.42） Conclusion Patients with congenital heart diseases might have different levels of psychological problems before transcatheter closure therapy which should cause the attention of the operators.
