摘要
目的探讨服用塞来昔布预防髋臼骨折术后异位骨化(HO)效果。方法回顾性对照分析2008年1月～2011年12月采用Kocher-Langen beck(K-L)入路手术治疗,术后服用塞来昔布的56例髋臼骨折患者的资料。结果 48例患者获完整资料随访。8例患者发生HO。结论塞来昔布具有预防异位骨化的作用和胃肠道安全性。
Objective To investigate Celecoxib for prevention of heterotopic ossification（HO） after acetabular fractures operation formation.Methods A retrospective comparative analysis of 56 cases from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011,which taked Celecoxib after operation by Kocher-Langenbeck（K-L） road.Results 48 cases got complete follow-up,HO occurred in 8 cases.Conclusion Celecoxib has the prevention of heterotopic ossification and gastrointestinal safety.
