连续硬膜外阻滞治疗56例慢性盆腔痛的疗效分析

Continuous epidural effect analysis of 56 cases with chronic pelvic pain treated

目的探讨连续硬膜外阻滞对治疗慢性盆腔痛的疗效。方法对56例慢性盆腔痛患者的临床特征、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析。结果慢性盆腔痛是多种因素导致的,连续硬膜外阻滞对治疗慢性盆腔痛的疗效明显有临床意义。结论慢性盆腔痛是一种综合因素所导致的疾病,连续硬膜外阻滞治疗对疼痛缓解有很好的临床疗效。

Objective To study the continuous epidural block on curative effect of treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Methods On 56 patients with chronic pelvic pain the retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis.Results Chronic pelvic pain is caused by a variety of factors,continuous epidural block for obvious clinical significance of treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Conclusion Chronic pelvic pain is a combination of factors resulting from diseases,continuous epidural anesthesia treatment on clinical efficacy of pain for good.
