选择性部位起搏与传统起搏79例的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨生理性起搏的实现方式及其临床疗效。方法对2009年1月～2013年1月在我院行永久性人工心脏起搏器植入的79例患者(右心室间隔部位起搏40例,右心室尖部起搏39例)的临床随访结果进行对比分析。结果右心室间隔部起搏组心衰的发生率及心脏扩大的情况明显低于右心室尖部起搏组。结论右心室间隔部位起搏优于右心室心尖部起搏。 Objective To explore physiological pacing and its clinical efficacy.Methods Clinical follow-up Results of 79 cases underwent permanent pacemaker implantation（right ventricular septal pacing in 40 cases,the tip of the right ventricular pacing 39）were comparative analyzed from January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital.Results The incidence of heart failure and cardiac enlargement of right ventricular septal pacing group was obviously lower than that in the right ventricular apex pacing group.Conclusion Right ventricular septal pacing is superior to right ventricular apical pacing.
