双期矫治恒牙初期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错

The early permanent dentition of the two-phase treatment of skeletal Ⅲ malocclusion

目的分析双期矫治恒牙初期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错的疗效及矫治前后的硬组织变化。方法选择2000年1月～2007年12月恒牙初期由于上颌骨发育不足或后缩的骨性安氏Ⅲ类错患者20例,均采用双期矫治,即先进行前方牵引治疗后再固定直丝弓矫治,并进行矫治前后头影测量分析。结果 SNA角增大了3.1°,ANB角增大了3.2°,SN-MP角增大了3.3°,U1-NA距增加了2.2mm,U1-L1角增大了4°,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论前方牵引与固定双期矫治在恒牙初期能促进上颌骨发育,解除前牙反,改善患者面型。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and hard tissue changes after dual-phase treatment of permanent teeth skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion.Methods The early permanent due to inadequate or maxillary retrusion of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion 20 patients from January 2000 to December 2007,all with dual-phase treatment,namely protraction treatment then fixed straight wire appliance,and before and after treatment cephalometric Results SNA angle increased by 3.1 degrees,the ANB angle increases by 3.2 degrees,SN-MP angle increased by 3.3 degrees,U1-NA distance increased by 2.2mm,U1-L1 angle increases by 4 degrees,P0.05 The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Protraction appliance can promote early permanent maxillary lift before crossbite,improve patient face with fixed double.
