PRL型和GH型垂体瘤患者手术前后内分泌激素水平变化监测分析

Analysis on the clinical significance of the endocrine hormone monitor of type PRL and type GH pituitary tumor before and after the operation

目的探讨监测PRL型和GH型垂体瘤手术前后内分泌激素水平的临床意义。方法选取2010年1月～2012年8月于本院进行治疗的82例PRL型和GH型垂体瘤患者为研究对象,后将所有患者手术前及手术后1、3、7d及14d的血清PRL、GH、FSH及ACTH进行检测及比较。结果 PRL型和GH型垂体瘤患者术前至术后1、3、7d及14d的血清PRL、GH呈现持续降低的趋势,F及ACTH则呈现先升后降的趋势,且全切患者波动大于未全切患者(P均<0.05)。结论 PRL型和GH型垂体瘤手术前后内分泌激素水平的监测有助于了解患者的疾病治疗效果及手术的切除情况。

Objective To study the clinical significance of the endocrine hormone monitor of type PRL and type GH pituitary tumor before and after the operation.Methods 82 patients with type PRL and type GH pituitary tumor in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 were selected as research object,and the serum PRL,GH,FSH and ACTH of patients before and after the operation at first,third,seventh and fourteenth day were detected and compared.Results The serum PRL and GH of patients with type PRL and type GH pituitary tumor before to after the operation at first,third,seventh and fourteenth day showed a decreasing trend,serum Fand ACTH showed increasing first and decreasing afterward,and change of patients with total resection were bigger than those of without total resection,all P0.05.Conclusion The endocrine hormone monitor of type PRL and type GH pituitary tumor before and after the operation is helpful to understanding the treatment effect and exairesis situation.
