^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像棕色脂肪摄取分析及护理

摘要 目的探讨在18F-FDG PET/CT检查中患者出现棕色脂肪组织(BAT)摄取的原因以及护理对应措施。方法回顾我院2010年4月~2012年4月行18F-FDG PET/CT检查出现棕色脂肪组织摄取的25例患者资料,总结分析棕色脂肪摄取的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。结果 BAT显影以对称性分布在颈部、锁骨上、腋下和胸椎旁为主。以中青年女性多见,大多集中冬季寒冷季节。在采取保暖等措施后,棕色脂肪显影明显减少。结论在冬季,对行18F-FDG PET/CT检查的青年女性,应注重御寒护理。 Objective To investigate the reasons of 18F-FDG uptake in brown adipose tissue(BAT)for PET/CT scans and the corresponding nursing measures.Methods In a retrospective study including 25 patients performed a PET/CT scan from Apr 2010 to Apr 2012 in our PET/CT imaging center,the PET/CT demonstrated a high 18F-FDG accumulation in BAT.The reasons of 18F-FDG uptake in BAT were analysed and the corresponding nursing measures put forward.Results PET/CT showed a high 18F-FDG accumulation in systemic BAT and a symmetrical higher 18F-FDG uptake occured in the cervical,superclavical,infra-axillary,and thoracic paravertebral BAT mainly.Among the 25 patients,most were youthful and middle-aged females and the phenomenon were more universal in winter cold seasons.The PET/CT scans performed well,the 18F-FDG accumulation in BAT decreased,and SUVmax declined significantly after heat preservation measures were taken.Conclusion In winter cold seasons,the 18F-FDG accumulation in BAT will declined significantly for youthful and middle-aged females performed warm care.Misdiagnosis can be avoided effectively and scan positive rate will be increased. 【Key Words】: brown adipose tissue PET/CT 18F-FDG nurse
