摘要
心肌收缩调节信号是一种非兴奋信号,它作用于心肌绝对不应期,在不增加心肌耗氧的情况下,增加心力衰竭患者的左室收缩力,改善患者运动耐量和生活质量,并能逆转心室重构。心肌收缩调节信号的装置类似于心脏起搏器,新近临床研究均证实该装置能改善心力衰竭患者的运动耐量和生活质量。
Cardiac contractility modulation(CCM) signals are non-excitatory signals applied during the absolute refractory period that have been shown to enhance the strength of left ventricular contraction and improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.CCM signals are provided by a pacemaker-like impulse generator.The results of a recent study showed significant positive treatment effects of CCM in patients with chronic heart failure.
