摘要
心肌营养素1是近年来新发现的生物标志物,心肌营养素1对慢性心力衰竭的病理生理学机制起着重要的调节作用。慢性心力衰竭患者心肌营养素1血浆水平随着心力衰竭严重程度加重而升高。心肌营养素1参与交感神经元的胆碱能转化,参与诱导炎性细胞因子的产生,参与诱导心肌肥大和心室重构,加剧了慢性心力衰竭病程进展。心肌营养素1与慢性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后价值评价相关联,是一个重要的生物学标志物。这些研究为今后慢性心力衰竭的临床预防、诊断、治疗及预后价值评价提供全新的信息。
Cardiotrophin-1(CT-1) is a newly discovered biological marker.CT-1 plays an important regulatory role in the mechanism of chronic heart failure(CHF).CT-1 has also been found to be connected to sympathetic neurons in the cholinergic transformation,the induction of inflammatory cytokine production,the induction of myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling,and the progression of CHF.In patients with CHF,CT-1 plasma levels are elevated.Therefore,it may be possible to use CT-1 plasma levels as a prognostic indicator for CHF.
