生物瓣膜衰败是外科生物瓣膜置换后常见的远期并发症,再次行经胸外科手术换瓣手术难度大、风险高、病死率明显上升。经导管"瓣中瓣"技术是一种新型微创治疗外科生物瓣膜衰败的有效手段,现复习相关文献就该技术在生物瓣膜衰败治疗上新进展做一综述。

Degenerative bioprosthesis is a common long-term complication after surgical valve implantation.Surgery to replace a degenerated valve is more difficult,with both a higher risk and mortality rate.The transcatheter valve implantation‘valve-in-valve’procedure is an effective minimally invasive treatment for a surgical degenerated bioprosthesis.This article summarizes progress in current research in transcatheter valve implantation‘valve-in-valve’procedure for surgical degenerated bioprosthesis.
