摘要
随医学发展、治疗技术进步,非心脏手术量日益增加且手术患者趋于高龄化,这是当今医学领域的一大疾病特征。围术期心血管并发症发病率高且危害大,是目前医学领域公认一致的、亟待解决的一大医学难题。但目前针对这一难题的前瞻性随机大规模的循证证据有限,国内甚少。现综述近年来国内外关于非心脏手术围术期心血管事件风险评估与预防的研究进展。
As the medical field advances,the number of non-cardiac surgeries is on the rise.Additionally,many of the patients undergoing surgery are elderly.The high morbidity of perioperative cardiovascular complications can cause serious harm to patients.However,few large-scale random studies have been performed in China.This article reviews the risk assessment and prevention of perioperative cardiovascular events in patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery both from home and abroad.
