摘要孙东东教授的文章“自知力缺损精神障碍患者知情同意权的法学理论与实务”，观点明确，逻辑严密，为临床医生处理自知力缺陷患者的知情同意问题提供了法学方面的参考。笔者从精神医学伦理和临床实践的角度提出进一步讨论。
