地奥司明片在治疗痔疮急性发作中的临床疗效分析

The analysis of the efficacy for Diosmin piece in the treatment of hemorrhoids acute attack

目的评价地奥司明片治疗痔疮急性发作的疗效。方法将本院收治的208例痔疮急性发作期患者随机分成两组,对照组和观察组各104例,对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加载地奥司明片。治疗3天、7天后,比较两组间疗效差异,疼痛NPIS值差异及水肿评分差异。结果治疗3天、7天后,观察组显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组,无效率则显著低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗3天、7天后,观察组疼痛NPIS值及水肿评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论加载地奥司明片能有效改善痔疮急性发作的水肿、疼痛症状,提高基础治疗的疗效,地奥司明片治疗痔疮急性发作的疗效十分优越。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy for austrian secretary ruing tablets in the treatment of hemorrhoids acute exacerbation. Methods 208 hemorrhoids patients with acute exacerbation admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group,and 104 cases in each group. The control group was taken with basic treatment, and the observation group was taken with Diosmin tablets loaded on this basis. Treatment for 3 days and 7 days, the differences of the efficacy, pain the NPIS value differences and edema score for the two groups were compared. Results After treatment for 3 days and seven days, the efficient rate and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,inefficiency rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment for 3 days and seven days, the pain NPIS value and the edema score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control grnup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Load Austrian Secretary Ming-chip could effectively improve the symptom of hemorrhoids acute exacerbation of edema, pain, and improve the efficacy of basic treatment. The efficacy for diosmin tablets in the treatment of hemorrhoids acute exacerbation was extremely advantageous.
