摘要
本文研究了钠型MCM-41和氢型MCM-41介孔材料在不同固定化条件下对固定化酶活性及酶活性回收率的影响。结果表明,不同固定化条件下,以氢型MCM-41介孔材料为载体时,固定化酶活性及酶活性回收率较高,说明氢型MCM-41介孔材料相对于钠型MCM-41有较好的固定化效果。
In this work, the influence of different immobilization conditions on the enzyme activity and the enzyme activity yield with sodium MCM-41 and hydrogen MCM-41 mesoporous materials were studied. The results showed that higher enzyme activity and enzyme activity yield was obtained by using hydrogen MCM-41 mesoporous materials as the carrier under different immobilized conditions. These suggest that hydrogen MCM- 41 mesoporous materials had better immobilized effect than sodium MCM-41 mesoporous materials.
