摘要
莱克多巴胺是一种是苯乙醇胺类β2-兴奋剂,有营养再分配的作用,常作为"瘦肉精"克伦特罗的替代品非法应用在畜牧养殖业中。因此,加强食品中莱克多巴胺残留的监测极为重要。本文综述了莱克多巴胺残留检测方法的最新进展,为食品中莱克多巴胺残留的监测提供了技术保证。
Ractopamine, as a β-agonist, is illegal used as an alternative to clenbuterol in animal husbandry as a tissue repartitioning. Therefore, detecting ractopamine residues in food is very important. This article gives an overview of the latest progress of detecting method of ractopamine, which offers a technological guarantee for food safe in ractopamine residues.
