摘要
在(25±0.5)℃和(0.5±0.5)℃条件下,将蓝莓置于密闭容器中,定期测定密闭容器中CO2、O2的浓度随时间的变化,根据公式计算得出蓝莓在(25±0.5)℃和(0.5±0.5)℃下的呼吸速率。基于Michaelis-Menten方程,利用多重回归方法,建立蓝莓基于酶动力学的呼吸模型,为蓝莓MAP的设计提供参考。
The concentrations of CO2,O2 of closed container within blueberries were determined at regular intervals at(25±0.5)℃ and(0.5±0.5)℃.The respiration rates for blueberries were calculated at(25±0.5)℃ and(0.5±0.5)℃ by formula computing.The respiration models based on Michaelis-Menten equation at(25± 0.5)℃ and(0.5±0.5)℃ were established by multiple regression method.The results of the study may provide theoretical basis for the design of MAP of blueberries.
