摘要
研究了响应曲面法超声辅助提取化橘红中黄酮化合物的工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,对总黄酮提取进行优化。选择乙醇体积分数,料液比,超声功率,超声温度四因素,采用Box-behnken设计方法,研究自变量及其交互作用对总黄酮提取率的影响。利用Design Expert 6.0.1软件对数据进行回归分析,得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明化橘红总黄酮的最优提取条件是乙醇体积分数30%,料液比1∶100 g/mL,超声功率150 W,超声温度80℃。在此条件下,获得化橘红黄酮最大得率为0.884%。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of flavonoids from Exocarpium citri Gandis was studied.Based on the experiment of single factor to optimize extraction yield of total flavonoids.The effects of the ethanol concentration,ratio of the liquid to solid,the ultrasonic power and the ultrasonic temperature were studied with Box-behnken design and their interactive effect on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were also investigated.The predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation was analysed by Design Expert software(6.0.1.).The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Exocarpium citri Gandis were ethanol concentration 30 %,ratio of the liquid to solid 1∶100 g/mL,the ultrasonic power 150 W,extraction temperature 80 ℃.Under these conditions,the predicted value of extraction yield of total flavonoids was 0.884 %.
