氧化还原引发丙烯酸正丁酯乳液聚合

摘要 选用过氧化氢二异丙苯-硫酸亚铁氧化还原体系引发丙烯酸正丁酯的乳液聚合,研究了单体进料时间和反应温度对聚合反应速度、乳胶粒子尺寸和分子量的影响。结果表明,固定聚合条件,单体加料时间延长至3h时,粒径由90 nm减小至65nm,分子量降低了38%;当反应温度由20℃升高至70℃时,粒子粒径由95nm减小至65nm,表观聚合反应活化能为29.80kJ/mol。 Poly( n-butyl acrylate) was sythesized by emulsion polymerization using CHP-Ferrous sulfate redox system as initiator at low temperature. The effect of monomer feeding time and reaction temperature on the polymerization rate, particle size, molecular weight, were studied. It was found that, fixed the polymerization condition, when the monomer feeding time extended to 3h, the particle size reduced from 90rim to 65nm, molecular weight decreased 38%. Particle size reduced from 95nm to 65nm when the reaction temperature changed from 20℃ to 70℃. The activation energy is 29.80kJ/mol.
