安徽省歙县初港村黄山毛峰茶业发展现状、问题与对策

The Situation, Problems and Measurements for the Huangshan Maofeng Tea in Chugang Village, Shexian County, Anhui Province

近年来,黄山毛峰茶业总体发展状况良好,但是一些产区也出现了茶农户生产积极性降低,黄山毛峰茶叶生产减少的现象。以黄山毛峰茶原产地安徽省歙县初港村为调查点,从该村茶农户黄山毛峰的生产、加工、销售等环节进行实地深入考察,分析了该村黄山毛峰茶产业链中存在的一些问题,提出黄山毛峰茶业发展的对策与建议。

In recent years, the general development situation of Huangshan Maofeng Tea is good. However, in some area, the tea farmers＇s enthusiasm for production has reduced, and the production of Huangshan Maofeng Tea has decreased. The paper, based on a survey of the origin of Huangshan Maofeng Tea in Chugang village, Shexian County, investigated the production, processing and sale of Huangshan Maofeng Tea treated by tea farmers. It analyzed the problems in Huangshan Maofeng Tea industrial chain, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Huangshan Maofeng Tea industry.
