枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(妈咪爱)联合非营养性吸吮(NNS)治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法:选取喂养不耐受早产儿54例,随机分为治疗组26例和对照组28例,两组均给予暖箱保暖、部分静脉营养支持、预防感染、早期微量喂养或鼻饲,治疗组加服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(每次0.5 g,2次/日,连用7 d)联合非营养性吸吮(喂奶前后给予早产儿型硅胶安抚奶嘴吸吮10~15 min)治疗。观察两组呕吐、腹胀消失时间、达全胃肠喂养时间及恢复至出生体重时间、总体疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率96.15%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组呕吐、腹胀消失时间缩短,胃潴留量减少,达全胃肠喂养时间及恢复至出生体重时间缩短,并发症发生率下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita combined with non-nutritive sucking (NNS) in the treatment of feeding intolerance. Methods: Fifty-four cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance were selected and randomly divided into two groups (the treatment group with 26 cases and the control group with 28 cases). Two groups were all kept in incubators, and received parenteral nutrition, feeding a trace amount of milk or nasal feeding in early stage and infection prevention therapy. The patients in the treatment group were given extra Medilac-Vita 0.5 g each time , twice a day, for 7 days, combined with NNS. The time of the symptoms recovery, achieve the total amount of enteral feeding, regain birth weight, and the total effect, the occurrence of the complications were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group (96. 15% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78. 57% ) (P〈0. 01 ). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of vomiting and abdominal distension was shortened; the amount of gastric retention, the time to achieve the total amount of enteral feeding and regain birth weight were reduced; the occurrence of complications was declined in the treatment group. The difference was significantly different (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The treatment of intolerance of feeding in premature infant with Medilac-Vita combined with NNS is effective, and it is worthy of clinical application.
