结核病患者治疗过程中外周血T/B细胞表面Tim1的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨活动性肺结核患者及治疗前后外周血CD 4+T细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9CD 5+B细胞上Tim1的变化情况及临床意义。方法利用流式细胞术比较健康人、活动性肺结核患者治疗前外周血CD 4+T细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9CD 5+B细胞上Tim1的变化情况,并动态观察5例活动性肺结核患者治疗前、治疗3月、治疗6月、治疗9月、治疗12月外周血CD 4+T细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9CD 5+B细胞上Tim1表达的差异。结果结核患者外周血CD 4+Tim1+细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9 CD 5+Tim1+细胞表达明显高于健康者(P值分别为P=0.006和P=0.0014)。动态观察活动性肺结核患者治疗前、治疗3月、治疗6月、治疗9月、治疗12月外周血CD 4+Tim1+细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9 CD 5+Tim1+细胞总体呈下降趋势,治疗12月后与治疗前相比,结果有统计学差异(P值分别为P=0.044和P=0.028)。结论 CD 4+Tim1+细胞和CD 3+CD 1+9 CD 5+Tim1+细胞在结核发病中起重要作用,经有效的抗痨治疗后明显下降,提示可以作为疗效考核的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical importance of Timl cells on CD4+ T cells and CD3+ CD~ CD5+ B cells in active tuberculosis patients and its expression variation before and after the treatment. Methods The variation of CD4+ Timl+ T cells and CD3+ CD19+CD5+ Tirol + B cells was compared between healthy people and active tuberculosis patients by flow cytometry, in addition, the development of CD4+ Timl + T cells and CD3+ CD19+CD5+ Timl + B cells expression in 5 active tuberculosis patients before and 3, 6 9, and 12 months after the treatment was observed. Results The expressions of CD4+ Timl+ T ceils and CD3+ CD19+ CD5+ Timl+ B cells were sig- nificantly higher in tuberculosis patients than in healthy people ( P = 0. 006, P = 0. 0014 ). The overall expressions of CD4+ Timl+ T cells and CD3+ CD19+CD5+ Timl+ B cells in active tuberculosis patients decreased from the 1st month to the 12th month (P = 0. 044, P = 0. 028). Conclusion CD4+ Timl+ T cells and CD3+ CD19+ CD5+ Timl + B cells play important roles in tuberculosis pathogenesis. The sig- nificant reduced expressions of CD4+ Timl+ T cells and CD3+ CD19+ CD5+ Timl+ B cells after effective anti-tuberculosis treatment indicate that these cells could be used as reference indexes of therapeutic evaluation.
