摘要
对甘肃电力公司所辖专用变压器客户的无功补偿装置配置情况、设备健康状况、运行管理情况、功率因数电费执行情况和功率因数考核标准执行情况进行了专项调查,对用电企业存在功率因数考核不合格问题进行分析,针对实际情况提出相应调整解决方案。
