高职高专院校足球运动队建设之我见

On the building of football team in higher vocational colleges

高职高专院校足球运动队在不同的阶段工作的重点、针对性和要求不一样。运动队建设的形成期重点是搭建运动队、明确运动队目标、运动队成员相互熟悉、加强制度建设。运动队的磨合期重点是尊重每一个队员、严格纪律、正确看待队员成绩的反复、加强运动队建设、保持运动队的纯洁性。运动队的规范期重点是加强规范性建设、加强过程督察、及时调整训练计划和训练内容。运动队出成绩期重点是突出特点、训练及管理创新,做好总结提升工作。

The focus, target and requirement of work are not same in different football team con- struction stage. Sports team building work focus is to build the team, definite team goals, familiar each other with team members and strengthen the team rules and regulations in initial forming stage. In adap- tion stage, the focus of team building work is to respect every team member, enforce team discipline, correct view of team member achievements fluctuate, strengthen the construction of sports team and keep team＇ s purity. In standardization stage, the focus of team building work is to strengthen the normative work, strengthen the process supervision, timely adjustment of training programs and contents. In a- chievement stage, the focus of team building work is to highlight team＇ s unique features, innovate team training and management work, summarize and promote the work.
