摘要
民国时期武汉饮食文化与餐饮业得到了较快发展,对这一时期武汉饮食发展历史的梳理,分析其民国时期武汉饮食市场与饮食特色,进而探讨民国时期,西式饮食开始流行并发展迅速,对武汉饮食文化产生的深远影响,使得此时期逐渐作别传统生活样式,接受新的生活方式,这些变化的原因就在于民国时期武汉的开放。
During the Republic of China period, the food industry, coupled with food culture, be- came very prosperous in Wu Han. Based on the history review of Wu Han' s food industry, this paper an- alyzes the unique features of Wu Han' s various foods at the very time and finds that western food found its way into the market and influenced people' s way of life. Due to the opening - up of Wu Han during the period of the Republic of China, people went against tradition and accepted new life style.
