通过对中小型锅炉检修过程中屏式过热器脚手架搭设工艺进行调查分析,针对脚手架搭设工艺存在的问题,用自制的悬挂插管式横梁代替了传统的木制横梁,简化了脚手架搭设工艺,缩短了检修工期,节省了工时,大大提高了工作效率。

Based on the investigation of screen super-heater scaffolding and an analysis of the original scaffolding erection process in small and medium-sized boiler inspection, it is simplified as far as possible by using self-made small tools--the hoisting of intubation-style beams to replace the wooden beams. This can shorten the maintenance period, save hours of work and greatly improve work efficiency.
