对孔子因材施教理论的思索

在这个世界上没有完全相同的两片叶子,人的感知也是如此,做为学生对于教师讲解的理解程度也不尽相同,所以用同一种方式去对待不同层次的学生是不合理的,因此因材施教是必要的。

In this world, there aren’t two leaves which are completely same, so is man’s perception, thus, people cannot have the same sense to the teacher’s interpretation as students. Therefore,it is not reasonable to treat students in different levels in the same style, hence it is necessary to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes .
