摘要
食品安全问题已受到全球关注,保障食品安全已成为保护人类生命健康、提高人类生活质量、促进食品贸易和维护世界和平与发展的基础。阐述了我国食品安全存在的一些问题,并提出了解决问题的监管对策,以促进食品安全水平的提高。
Food security is paid great attention in all countries.Ensuring food safety has become the basis for the protection of human health, improving the quality of human life, promoting food trade and the maintenance of world peace and development. The existing problems of food security in China were elaborated and countermeasures of supervision and management of food safety were put forward so as to improve the level of food security.
