摘要
我国企业粗放式发展,"九五"期间就提出了转型,但到"十二五"已近20年,成效不大,比较缺乏内在机制的深层次研究。对此,尝试地研究了粗放式发展的特征,为什么粗放式发展难以转型的内在机制。研究结果表明,粗放式发展的特征是固定资产投资偏离了企业创新投入的目标,企业创新投入效率直接受到了粗放式投资环境和企业固定资产投资的负向调节影响,削弱了企业创新投入的动机。这表现为无论是政府固定资产投资,还是企业固定资产投资,其调节作用都削弱了对企业R&D创新形成的竞争优势,呈现出显著的负相关。其政策启示是,企业在我国粗放式投资环境下,应保持企业固定投资与R&D投资的目标与战略的一致性,才能摆脱粗放式,取得竞争优势。
In the paper, the impact of competitive advantage of China＇s corporate R＆D innovation has been studied based on adjustment influence at macro-and micro-level extensive levels. The results show that corporate competitive advantage and corporate R＆D investment is positive corre- lated significantly, but adjusted reversely by un-matching of fixed assets investment and deviation from business R＆D investment target. The gov- ernment investment in fixed asset in promoting enterprises grown rapidly, but as a regulatory role, weakens corporate R＆D innovation for competi- tive advantage significantly. Facing multiplier effects by government investment, enterprise investments in fixed assets also weakens the corporate R＆D innovation for competitive advantage at enterprise-level extensive development. The results implicate the policy enlightenment that enterprises need to maintain the consistency of objectives and strategies between fixed-asset and R＆D investment in extensive investment environment in China.
