摘要
基于企业的资源基础观和资源依赖理论,构建了我国高校技术转移绩效体系,运用我国2001年~2009年的省际面板数据进行了实证分析,结果表明:所在地区的经济越发达、从事技术转移的人员越多以及素质越高,高校的技术转移绩效越好;技术转移平台的缺失,技术需求方——企业转化人才的缺乏、转化资金投入不足,再加上大学的科技成果太超前,与市场需求相脱节,则是目前我国高校技术转移绩效差的重要原因。
Based on the resource-based view and the resource-dependent theory of enterprises, this paper constructed the evaluating system of university technology transfer performance, and by using inter-provincial panel data of 2001-2009, it also conducted an empirical analysis on this issue. The results showed that: In regions where economy is more developed and more personnel of higher quality are engaged in technology transfer, technology transfer performance in universities of these regions are better; lack of technology transfer platforms and enterprise transferring talents, insufficient transferring fund input and too advanced scientific and technological achievements which do not meet the market demands, are all important causes of poor university technolotransfer performance.
