家庭结构对家庭实物资产的影响研究——以住房为例

The Impact of Family Structures on Family Physical Assets——Taking Housing as an Example

利用调查数据探讨了家庭结构各维度与以住房为代表的家庭实物资产的关系。分析发现新组建家庭对租房的需求强烈;家庭教育结构、收入结构、劳动结构和规模结构对家庭住房面积有正向影响;家庭性别结构、劳动结构与住房价值负相关。同时提出了完善住房市场;提高教育水平;增加家庭收入;提高就业率等政策建议。

Using survey data, we analyzed the relationship between various dimensions of family structures and family housing which socially repre sents family physical assets. The results show that the newly formed family has a strong demand for rental. The education structure, the income structure, the labor structure and the family scale structure have positive influence on the housing area, while the gender structure and the labor structure are negatively correlated with the housing value. Therefore, we proposed policy recommendations, including improving the housing market; improving the level of education, increasing the household income and promoting the employment rate.
