Financial Innovation Mode of Tianfu New District and the Construction of the Western Financial Center

以建设西部金融中心为切入点,论述了成都建设西部金融中心的困境与出路,认为天府新区金融模式创新是成都建设西部金融中心的重大机遇与挑战,并在此背景下提出了以"政府为主导、以市场为机制、多样性和差异性发展"的建设西部金融中心的金融发展模式。

This paper discusses the difficulties and solutions of Chengdu in the course of constructing China＇s western financial center from the point of the construction of a financial center. The article holds argument that the financial innovation mode of Tianfu new district is the key factor for the construction of western financial center. It also proposed that Chengdu should advocate a financial development mode in which government acts as a leader, market functions as a mechanism ,while development is achieved with diversity and difference.
