Construction of Ecological Civilization:A Multi-dimension Reading

十八大报告提出了"大力推进生态文明建设"的战略,并将生态文明建设融入到新的"五位一体"总体战略中。首先分析了目前我国生态文明建设的主要问题与任务,并在我国已取得生态文明建设成果的基础上,从推进法治建设、提高科学技术水平以及社会转型三个视角解析了如何进一步进行中国特色社会主义的生态文明建设,以更好的与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设进行融合。

The strategy to promote the construction of ecological civilization is put forward in the 18th CPC National Congress, which is part of the overall blueprint of development. In this paper, the main issues and tasks of ecological civilization construction in China are analyzed, and the ways to promote the con- struction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics are approached from the perspectives of legal construction, the improvement of sci-tech levels and social transformation. In this case, ecological con- struction can be integrated with economic, political, cultural and social constructions.
