摘要 通过碱矿渣混凝土(Alkali—slagConcrete,ASC)和硅酸盐水泥混凝土(PortlandConcrete,PC)工作性、强度、耐久性试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析测试,研究了ASC的耐久性与机理。结果表明:ASC坍落度在160mm以上,为大流动性;7d、28d抗压强度达85MPa、92MPa,抗折强度达7.6MPa、8.5MPa,为早高强混凝土;抗渗等级在$40以上,抗氯离子渗透性优良,6h通电量介于1000--2000库仑,为PC的55.1%~59.3%;耐磨度高达4.99,为PC的1.22~2.60倍。ASC水化产物主要为低Ca/Si比的C—S—H(I)、碱性铝硅酸盐和沸石型矿物水化物,没有Ca(OH)2和过渡带,内部裂缝孔隙少,结构的密实性和均〉--/性更好,高强度也有利于其耐久性,因此ASC具有优异的耐久性。 Durability and mechanism of alkali--slag concrete (AS(;) and portland concrete (PC) were studied by work- ability, strength, durability experiments, SEM and EDS tests. The results show that AS(: has high fluidity and high - ear- ly strenth, slump of ASC exceeds 160ram, 7d, 28d compressive strength are 85MPa, 92MPa, flexural strength are 7.6MPa, 8.5MPa; anti--permeability rank exceeds S40, chlorin ion anti--permeability is excellent, 6h eletricity is 1000 2000 coulomb, which is 55.1--59.3% of PC; abrasion resistance is 4.99, 1.22--2.60 times of PC. Hydration products of AS(; are mostly C--S--H ( I ) with low Ca/Si, alkaline aluminate--silieate, and zeolite mineral, without Ca (OH)2 and transition strip, it has little inner aperture, better compact degree and uniformity of structure, and its high strength also makes high durability, therefore, ASC has excellent durability.
