摘要
本文针对目前汽车摩擦片自动生产线过程中摩擦材料的称量存在的诸多不足，设计了一种以PLC、配料控制器为核心的汽车摩擦材料的自动称量装置。具有操作方便，计量准确可靠，生产效率高及良好的人机交互功能等特点。
In this paper, the auto--weighting equipment by PLC and hatching controller as the core for automotive friction materials was designed, aim at the weakness of the weighting of friction material which existing in the process of the automo- bile friction plate automatic production line at present. The equipment has the advantages of convenient operation, accurate and reliable measurement, high production efficiency and good man--machine interactive function etc.
