摘要
蓄热式燃烧技术的突出优点是通过回收余热合理利用低热值煤气以提高企业能源利用率,同时可最大限度地减少污染物的排放。某些厂矿的加热炉经蓄热式燃烧技术改造后存在有很多缺陷,严重影响了燃烧工况与产量。通过热工测试,对在线设备运行参数进行分析,可有的放矢地对加热炉进行技术改进。
The outstanding feather of regenerative combustion technical is that making use of heat recovery and using low thermal value coal gas reasonable and improving the level of energy in enterprise, reducing the excretion at the same time. It exists some bug after inducing regenerative combustion technic in some factory, which influenced the combustion performance and output of product. Under thermal test's guidance, to analyse the operation parameter of on--line equipment, which can improve the furnace's capability effectively.
