摘要
利用FD-TC-B型导热系数测试仪对小麦品种进行直接测试,获得小麦品种的导热系数.在圆柱坐标下,选取适当的边界条件,利用MATLAB求解粮堆的热传导方程;将小麦的导热系数代入热传导方程,得出粮堆温度场随时间变化的分布情况.利用计算机模拟筒仓粮堆温度场的变化,结果表明,对于圆筒粮仓,外界的热量主要通过粮堆顶部传入粮堆,然后以一定的梯度向底部传递,数值计算与粮库实测结果一致.
The thermal conductivity coefficients of several varieties of wheat were measured by a FD-TC-B thermal conductivity tester. Under a circular cylindrical coordinate system, the thermal conductivity coefficients were introduced into a heat transfer equation, and the heat transfer equation was solved by MATLAB selecting proper boundary conditions to obtain the time-varying temperature field distribution condition of the grain pile. The temperature field change of the grain pile was simulated by a computer, and the results showed that the external heat was substantially transferred to the grain pile from the top for silos, and then was transferred to the bottom with a certain gradient;and the calculation result was consistent with the actual measurement result of the grain bin.
