尿液干化学和尿有形成分分析显微镜复检规则的建立与验证 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立尿干化学分析和尿干化学联合尿有形成份分析仪作尿液分析的显微镜复检规则。方法通过对1039份尿液标本同时作尿干化学分析、尿沉渣分析和显微镜镜检,参考显微镜镜检阳性标准确定各项设定的镜检规则的真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率和假阴性率。结果Uritest-500B分析尿PRO、BLD、WBC、NIT四项联合镜检规则的真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率、假阴性率分别为95.33%、27.13%、72.87%、4.67%;UF-1000i作尿沉渣RBC、WBC、CAST三项联合镜检规则的真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率和假阴性率分别为96.20%、55.57%、44.43%、3.80%;Uritest-500B联合UF-1000i建立的镜检规则作尿液分析时,其真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率和假阴性率分别为95.97%、54.43%、45.57%、4.03%。结论PRO、BLD、WBC、NIT阳性要求镜检可作为Uritest-500B作尿液分析时的镜检规则;RBC、WBC、CAST超出参考区间可作为UF-1000i作尿沉渣分析时的镜检规则;规则1、规则2和规则3三者联合可作为尿干化学仪和尿沉渣分析仪联合作尿液分析时的镜检规则。 Objective To establish the microscopic review criteria for urine strip chemical analysis and the urine sediment combined analysis.Methods A total of 1039 urine samples were detected by urine strip chemical analysis,urine sedimental analysis and microscopy,we determined the true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate,and false negative rate for microscopic review criteria by the microscopy examination.Results For PRO,BLD,WBC and NIT microscopic review criteria analyzed by Uritest-500B,the true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate and false negative rate were 95.33%,27.13%,72.87% and 4.67%,respectively.For RBC,WBC and CAST analyzed by UF-1000i,the true positive rate,false positive rate,negative rate and false negative rate were 96.20%,55.57%,44.43%,and 3.80%,respectively.To integrate the microscopic criteria of Uritest 500B and UF 1000i,the true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate and false negative rate were 95.97%,54.43%,45.57%,4.03%,respectively.Conclusions It can be used as the microscopic criteria of Uritest-500B that PRO,BLD,WBC or NIT was positive.It can be used as the microscopic criteria of UF-1000i that the analysis value of RBC,WBC or CAST was beyond reference interval.The integration of rule 1,2 and 3 can be used as the microscopic criteria of urinalysis by urine strip chemical analyers and urine sediment analyzers.
