摘要
采用粉末—热压 (1 2 50℃ /2 .5h,2 0 MPa)成型工艺 ,制备了 Nb和 Nb Ti纤维增韧Ti-4 8Al-2 Cr-2 Nb(TACN)金属间化合物基复合材料。测试了该复合材料的弯曲性能、断裂韧性、高温拉伸性能以及界面层的显微硬度分布情况。研究结果表明 :复合材料的性能较基体有较大提高。其中 Ti Nb/TACN复合材料的综合性能较好 :K1c=1 9.2 MPa× m1/ 2 ,σbb=70 0 .2 MPa,σ80 0℃b =4 71 MPa,δ80 0℃ =1 8.3 %。
Long fibers reinforced Ti\|48Al\|2Cr\|2Nb matrix composites were prepared by means of PM and hot\|pressing technology. The flexural properties, fracture toughness(K 1c ), and high temperature tensile ductility were tested. The results show that TiNb/TACN has better integrity. K 1c =19 2MPa×m 1/2 ,σ bb =700 2MPa,σ 800℃ b=417MPa,δ 800℃ =18 3%.
