金融支持资源型城市转型发展的思考——以陕西铜川为例

The Reflection on the Development of the Financial Support for the Transformation of Resource-based Cities——A Case of Tongchuan City in Shaanxi Province

资源枯竭型城市发展接续产业是实现可持续发展的必由之路。这一过程中资金问题非常重要。金融特有的动员和引导资源配置功能对城市转型和接续产业发展具有重要推动作用。本文以铜川为例,分析了金融支持资源型城市转型存在的问题和困难,并有针对性地提出对策建议。

That the successive industry is developed in resource-exhausted cities is the only way to achieve sustainable development. The fund is quite important in the process. The functions that finance collects and allocates resources play an important role in city transformation and the development of successive industries. Taking Tongchuan city as an example, the paper analyzes the existing problems and difficulties of financial support for the transformation of resource-based cities, and provides some countermeasures and suggestions.
