摘要
用纳米 Zr O2 (4 Y)粉为原料 ,研究了单轴压片素坯成型特征。通过两次施压成型 ,降低了烧结致密温度 ,在 1 3 0 0℃常压烧结 2小时 ,陶瓷体致密度达 99.1 % ,烧结体晶粒长大减缓。片状烧结体 1 0 0 0℃和 80 0℃时的电导率分别为 4 .2 3× 1 0 -2 Ω-1cm-1和 1 .1 9× 1 0 -2 Ω-1cm-1。
Nanostructured ZrO 2(4Y) powder was used as raw material for airpressure sintering. The compact forming progress by uniaxial die was studied. Using continuous compacting progress ZrO 2(4Y) materials can be sintered at lower temperature. 99 1% of theory density was obtained for nano ZrO 2(4Y) sintering at 1300℃ by airpressure for two hours The grain size of the ceramics is decreased. It's conductivity is 4 23×10 -2 Ω -1 cm -1 at 1000℃ and 1 19×10 -2 Ω -1 at 800℃.
