摘要
本文研究了 Q相 -C2 S配合料中 V2 O5 对β-C2 S的稳定性问题。结果表明 ,微量V2 O5 可以稳定 β-C2 S,使 Q相与 β-C2 S可在常温下共存 ;Q相 -C2 S配合料中 V2 O5 / C2 S在 0 .8~1 .0 %的范围内 V2 O5 稳定 β-C2 S的效果最好。
In this article we had studied the effect of V 2O 5 in quaternary phase/C 2S clinker in Cao MgO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 system. Experiment results showed that certain amount of V 2O 5 had little effect on the formation of quaternary phase, but it could prevent β-C 2S′s transforming into γ-C 2S and its stabilization effect got its peak when the value of V 2O 5/C 2S lied in the range of 0 8~1 0%. Quaternary phase could coexist with β-C 2S if there was some V 2O 5 in the Q/C 2S clinker.
