摘要
以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐和无水氯化锌为原料,按摩尔比2∶1合成L-赖氨酸锌盐酸盐,并对pH值、反应温度和反应时间进行考察,确定了最佳工艺。结果表明,当原料摩尔比为2∶1时,合成L-赖氨酸锌盐酸盐最佳工艺是反应pH值为7.5,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为4h,此时产品螯合率为98.60%,产率为89.36%。
Zinc L-lysine monohydrochloride was successfully synthesized using L-lysine monohydrochloride and anhydrous zinc chloride as materials with reaction molar ratio was 2: 1. Meanwhile, pH value, temperature and time of the reaction were investigated and the optimum process was determined. The results indicate that the optimum pH value is 7.5, temperature is 70 ℃, reaction time is 4 h, and the chelation percentage and yield of the product is 98.60% and 89.36%.
